Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior CRM Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the Transportation and Logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer relationship management, data analytics, and strategic planning, with a strong understanding of the logistics industry. This role is critical in enhancing customer experience, driving customer retention, and increasing revenue through effective CRM strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and enhances customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform strategic decisions and CRM initiatives.
2. Customer Data Management:
- Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for engagement.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations, including data protection laws.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with IT and software development teams to optimize CRM systems and tools for better functionality and user experience.
4. Performance Measurement:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
5. Customer Engagement Programs:
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns and customer engagement programs to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Foster relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
6. Training and Development:
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and tools.
- Mentor junior staff and share knowledge to build a high-performing CRM team.
7. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Utilize insights gained to refine CRM strategies and enhance customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the Transportation and Logistics sector.
- Proven experience with CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current trends and technologies related to CRM and customer engagement.
