We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Client Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client management within the real estate industry and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients
- Monitor client accounts and track key performance metrics to ensure targets are met
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations
- Prepare and present reports on client performance and market trends to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- [X] years of experience in client management within the real estate industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
