Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, particularly in the field of Information Technology. The Senior CRA will be responsible for overseeing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing the overall progress of clinical studies. This role will require excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Trial Management:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical trials from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain study timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor and report on study progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.

2. Site Management:
- Select and initiate clinical trial sites, ensuring they are qualified and capable of conducting the study.
- Conduct site visits for monitoring, training, and support, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site staff and investigators, providing guidance and support as needed.

3. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all clinical research activities comply with local and international regulations, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and company policies.
- Prepare and review regulatory submissions, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications.
- Monitor adherence to protocols and ensure that data integrity is maintained throughout the study.

4. Data Management and Reporting:
- Collaborate with data management teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection and analysis.
- Review and resolve queries related to data discrepancies.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on study progress, findings, and challenges to stakeholders.

5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and project management.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions and strategy development.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior CRAs and other team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead CRA role.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Experience in the Information Technology sector, preferably related to clinical research applications or data management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
