Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the agriculture sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in commercial management, strategic planning, and business development within the agriculture industry. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability within the agricultural sector.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the agriculture market, particularly in the UAE and the GCC region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners to ensure favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and recommending actions for improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and expansion into new markets.
- Oversee the development of promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to commercial activities and agricultural practices.
- Mentor and develop junior commercial team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management within the agriculture sector or a related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed business decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Knowledge of the agricultural market trends, regulations, and best practices in the UAE and GCC region.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
