We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communications Consultant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing strategic communication plans to effectively promote our real estate projects and enhance our brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to support the marketing and sales efforts of our real estate projects.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create compelling messaging and content for various channels, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and website.
- Manage media relations and act as the main point of contact for all media inquiries and interviews.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and market trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication channels.
- Organize and coordinate press events, conferences, and other promotional activities to generate positive publicity for the company.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the communications team to ensure the successful implementation of communication strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with media contacts and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
