We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Communications Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans to enhance the company's reputation and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support the company's objectives and enhance its reputation in the pharmaceutical sector
- Lead all internal and external communication activities, including media relations, public relations, and corporate communications
- Manage and oversee the production of all communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and social media content
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, industry influencers, and government agencies
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic communications counsel and support on key initiatives and projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
