We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compliance Manager to join our Information Technology company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management within the IT industry and will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for the organization
- Monitor and assess the company's compliance with laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance management within the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional certification in compliance management is a plus
