We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Configuration Manager to join our team in Sharjah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Senior Configuration Manager will be responsible for overseeing the configuration management process for our projects and ensuring that all products and systems are properly documented, controlled, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement configuration management plans and procedures in accordance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Establish and maintain configuration baselines for all products and systems, including hardware, software, and documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that configuration changes are properly evaluated, approved, and implemented.
- Monitor and track all changes to configuration items, including version control and release management.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with configuration management processes and standards.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on configuration management best practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve configuration-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- [Number] years of experience in configuration management within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
- Strong understanding of configuration management principles, processes, and tools.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as CMDB, SVN, or Git.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 10007 and MIL-HDBK-61A.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
