We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Construction Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management within the transportation and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all construction projects within the transportation and logistics sector, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, architects, engineers, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, specifically within the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
