We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Content Strategist to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives in the construction sector
- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality, engaging content for various channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience preferences to optimize content performance
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously optimize content strategy
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in content marketing and SEO to ensure content effectiveness and visibility
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators to ensure consistency and quality in all content produced
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging and strategy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
