We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the telecommunications industry. As the Senior Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the company on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to service agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing agreements
- Providing legal advice and support on corporate governance matters, compliance issues, and regulatory requirements
- Managing and resolving legal disputes and litigation matters
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that legal risks are identified and mitigated
- Keeping abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the telecommunications industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree is a plus
- Admission to practice law in Abu Dhabi; other jurisdictions is a plus
- [Random number] years of experience as a corporate counsel in the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations pertaining to the telecommunications sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus
