We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team in the Real Estate industry in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, account management, and relationship building in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
