We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delivery Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services industry and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of strategic projects within the financial services sector, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines and risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, milestones and key deliverables
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
