Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to join our dynamic team in the Transportation and Logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and a passion for creating innovative and user-centered solutions that enhance our brand and improve our services. As a Senior Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Concept Development: Generate innovative design concepts that align with business objectives and enhance user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into compelling design solutions.

- Design Execution: Create high-quality visual designs, including branding, marketing materials, user interfaces, packaging, and other collateral that reflect the company’s mission and values.

- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, ensuring designs are user-centered and meet the needs of our diverse clientele in the transportation and logistics industry.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions across all platforms. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques.

- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development while promoting best practices in design.

- Brand Development: Contribute to the evolution of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure all design outputs are aligned with the company's vision.

- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs while adhering to budget constraints.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, as well as industry developments in transportation and logistics, to ensure our design practices remain cutting-edge and competitive.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of professional design experience, preferably within the transportation and logistics sector or a related field.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with a focus on branding, digital interfaces, and user experience.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital design, UX/UI, and branding.
