We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Communications. This position will be based in Dubai and will focus on the Real Estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance the company's brand and reputation within the Real Estate industry
- Lead a team of communication professionals to ensure all internal and external communications are consistent and aligned with company goals
- Oversee the creation of content for press releases, website, social media, and other communication channels
- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports for senior management
- Manage crisis communication strategies and respond to media inquiries as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure communication strategies support overall business objectives
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains at the forefront of the market

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the Real Estate industry in Dubai
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience managing a team of communication professionals
