We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Engineering to lead our engineering team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all engineering operations, managing a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of all engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure the successful execution of all projects in line with company objectives and timelines.
- Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of engineering activities with other departments.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation within the engineering department.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on complex engineering issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
