We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Finance to join our team in Al Ain. The Senior Director of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our educational institution, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Manage the annual budgeting process, including working with department heads to set financial targets and monitor expenses
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors
- Oversee the accounting and finance teams, providing leadership and guidance to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and ensure financial sustainability
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and government agencies

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
