Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director of Human Resources to lead our HR function in the fast-paced and dynamic real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, talent management, and organizational development. This role will be instrumental in shaping our company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and foster a high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads on HR-related matters, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.

2. Talent Acquisition and Development:
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent in the real estate industry, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to enhance new employee integration.
- Develop and manage training and development programs that foster employee growth and career progression.

3. Performance Management:
- Lead the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee development plans.
- Establish metrics to assess and enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in delivering constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews.

4. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Develop initiatives to promote employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion within the workplace.

5. Compliance and HR Policies:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes that may impact the organization.
- Develop, implement, and periodically review HR policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and compliant.
- Manage the employee grievance process and ensure timely resolution of issues.

6. HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior management.
- Prepare and present reports on HR initiatives, workforce metrics, and employee engagement levels.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.

7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the HR department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies in HR functions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the real estate sector or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in the UAE.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
