Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives in the dynamic financial services sector. Based in Dubai, this role requires an innovative leader who can create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and enhance our market position. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services landscape, coupled with a proven track record of successful marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives. Drive brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to differentiate our services in the marketplace.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance. Set clear objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities.

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategy and identify growth opportunities.

- Digital Marketing Excellence: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing. Utilize analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.

- Brand Development: Enhance and protect the company’s brand reputation through strategic public relations, corporate communications, and community engagement initiatives. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.

- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product development and sales teams to create compelling product marketing strategies. Develop go-to-market plans for new product launches and enhancements.

- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives. Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies as necessary.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and industry partners. Act as a marketing ambassador to promote the company's vision and objectives.

- Compliance and Regulation: Stay current with industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to financial services marketing. Ensure all marketing practices adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, with experience in managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
