We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Senior Director of Product Management to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product management team in the development and execution of product strategies to drive growth and innovation within the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product management team in defining and executing the product roadmap to meet business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Define product requirements, features, and functionality based on customer feedback, market research, and business priorities.
- Drive product development and delivery from concept to launch, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, KPIs, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform product strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products in the transportation and logistics industry.
