We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Consultant to join our team in Ajman within the Transportation and Logistics industry. As a Senior ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of ERP systems within the organization, ensuring that all processes are streamlined and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of ERP systems, including gathering requirements, configuring the system, and training end-users.
- Provide expert guidance on ERP best practices and industry standards within the Transportation and Logistics sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ERP trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP system implementation and support within the Transportation and Logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certification in ERP systems is a plus.
