We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events including conferences, seminars, workshops, and networking events for students, faculty, and staff.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their event needs and objectives, and tailor event strategies to meet those goals.
- Source and manage external vendors, sponsors, and partners to enhance event experiences and drive engagement.
- Oversee event marketing and promotion efforts to increase attendance and awareness.
- Lead a team of event coordinators and support staff to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and reporting, and make recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Dubai's event landscape and regulations.
