We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably in the information technology sector, and possess excellent analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes
- Monitor and analyze financial performance
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Manage cash flow and financial risk
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance
- Proven track record of success in a senior finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of financial software and systems
