We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Fund Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail investment management and a proven track record of success in managing retail investment funds.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement investment strategies for retail funds, focusing on maximizing returns for investors
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities in the retail sector
- Monitor and evaluate fund performance, making adjustments to portfolios as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on fund performance and market trends
- Lead a team of fund managers and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact retail fund management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in retail fund management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus
