Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in the vibrant retail sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, from branding and packaging to digital marketing materials. You will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and enhancing customer experience through innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various retail marketing initiatives, including print materials, digital assets, social media graphics, and in-store displays.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand brand objectives, target audience, and project requirements.
- Create visually appealing designs that align with the company’s brand guidelines and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior designers, providing guidance and constructive feedback to foster their professional growth.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously innovate and improve design processes.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance designs.
- Maintain organized design files and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the highest quality production of printed materials.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within the retail or related industries.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of design styles and projects.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of print production processes and requirements.
- Experience in retail branding and consumer engagement strategies.
