We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and infrastructure management, as well as experience working in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all IT systems and infrastructure within the organization, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to support the needs of the business.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all IT-related issues, both hardware and software.
- Work closely with senior management to identify and implement IT solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Lead IT projects from inception to completion, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the real estate industry, making recommendations for new IT initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud technologies.
