We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Implementation Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of new manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and ensure successful implementation
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the implementation process
- Provide training and support to staff members on new processes and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new processes, systems, or technologies
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
