We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our company's industrial processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting data analysis and time studies to identify inefficiencies in industrial processes
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and reduce waste
- Designing and implementing new industrial systems and processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Leading and managing industrial engineering projects from concept to completion
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and team members
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
