We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in the Real Estate industry, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our organization's operations.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our real estate business
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and storage systems
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure
- Developing and implementing security measures to protect our systems and data
- Keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and making recommendations for improvements
- Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance and support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in infrastructure engineering in a real estate or related industry
- In-depth knowledge of networking, server administration, and storage systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or VCP are a plus
