We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Manager to join our retail team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and managing a team of inside sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
- Manage a team of inside sales representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
