We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Controls Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal controls, risk management, and compliance within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective internal controls framework to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of potential risk and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and maintain internal controls across all departments
- Lead and mentor a team of internal controls specialists to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations to proactively identify and address any potential issues
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and accountability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA preferred
- [X] years of experience in internal controls, risk management, or compliance within the retail industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance
