We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our lab and ensuring that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting tests and experiments on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods
- Analyzing and interpreting data to ensure products meet quality standards
- Developing and implementing testing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Maintaining lab equipment and ensuring it is properly calibrated and functioning
- Training and mentoring junior lab technicians
- Collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot issues and improve product quality
- Keeping accurate records of test results and documenting any deviations from standards
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
