We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Leasing Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing and managing commercial and residential properties in the Dubai market.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of leasing operations, including marketing, leasing, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on current market trends and competition
- Manage a team of leasing agents and support staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records and reports
- Ensure compliance with all leasing and property management regulations and guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in leasing and property management in the Dubai market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully leasing and managing commercial and residential properties
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
