We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate law, with extensive experience in handling complex legal matters related to property transactions, leasing agreements, development projects, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on all real estate transactions and projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate-related contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations
- Advise on land use and zoning issues
- Assist in due diligence processes for property acquisitions and developments
- Manage disputes and litigation related to real estate matters
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and legal developments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree in Real Estate Law is a plus
- Admission to practice law in the UAE
- At least 5-8 years of experience in real estate law, preferably in a law firm or real estate company
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
