We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering within the construction industry and will be responsible for overseeing and leading various mechanical projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and components for construction projects.
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for mechanical systems.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
- Performing quality control checks on mechanical systems and components.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues on construction sites.
- Managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Providing regular project updates to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction industry.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
