We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Metallurgist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metallurgy with a focus on agricultural applications.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis on the properties of metals used in agricultural equipment and machinery
- Develop and implement processes to improve the quality and performance of agricultural products
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve any metallurgical issues
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in metallurgy to make recommendations for process improvements
- Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in metallurgy, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Knowledge of metallurgical testing methods and equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
