Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team in the transportation and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile technology, a strong understanding of mobile application development, and the ability to lead projects from conception to completion. As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications that enhance our operational efficiency and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI designers, and backend developers, to define and implement innovative solutions for the mobile experience.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in mobile development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring performance and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development.
- Participate in the planning and execution of application architecture and design discussions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights into mobile app development.
- Ensure applications are compliant with security standards and best practices, especially concerning user data and privacy.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, or Java for mobile development.
- Strong experience with mobile development frameworks and SDKs (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, from concept to deployment.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and mobile app deployment.
