We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Nursing Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Senior Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all nursing operations within our financial services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the delivery of high quality nursing care to all patients
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care and outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate nursing practices and procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of nursing activities and patient care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Master's degree preferred
- Valid nursing license in UAE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in nursing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
