Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Office Manager to join our dynamic team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will take charge of office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while providing administrative support to senior management and staff. You will play a crucial role in fostering a productive work environment and contributing to the overall success of our educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage office budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
- Coordinate and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement office procedures and policies to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Organize and oversee office maintenance, supplies procurement, and equipment management to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including addressing inquiries and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, seminars, and events, including logistics, materials preparation, and participant communication.
- Maintain records and confidential information in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and project management, providing administrative assistance as required.
- Foster a positive office culture, promoting team cohesion and collaboration among staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of office management procedures and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with office management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.
