Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on the performance metrics of various aerospace and defense projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to improve project performance and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data related to project performance, including cost, schedule, quality, and risk metrics.
- Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in performance data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop performance improvement strategies and action plans.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors impacting project performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and present performance reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and project teams.
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in performance analysis and recommend innovative approaches to improve performance measurement processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in performance analysis, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality performance analysis and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with performance management software and tools is a plus.
