Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physicist to join our team in Dubai, with a focus on applying physics principles to agricultural practices. The Senior Physicist will be responsible for conducting research and experiments to improve crop production, soil fertility, and overall agricultural sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and experiments related to agricultural physics, including soil physics, water dynamics, and plant growth
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve crop yield, quality, and resistance to environmental stressors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate physics principles into agricultural practices
- Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders to inform decision-making processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements in agricultural physics

Requirements:
- PhD in Physics or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural physics or a related field
- Strong background in soil physics, water dynamics, and plant physiology
- Experience with data analysis and research methodology
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
