We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Senior Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction project planning process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues
- Analyze data and prepare reports on project performance
- Provide strategic planning and guidance to ensure project goals are achieved
- Lead a team of planning engineers and coordinators
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project planning
- Strong knowledge of construction project management software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from planning to completion
