We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Portfolio Analyst to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the education sector. The Senior Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and managing a portfolio of educational assets, including schools, colleges, and training centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough financial analysis of educational assets to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize the performance of the educational portfolio
- Monitoring market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop investment proposals and business cases for new educational initiatives
- Providing regular reports and updates on the performance of the educational portfolio to senior management
- Leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and drive operational efficiency
- Conducting risk assessments and developing risk mitigation strategies for the educational portfolio

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management or financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the education sector in Dubai and the broader UAE market
