Job Description:

As a Senior Principal in the Real Estate sector, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of our real estate initiatives in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional who has a strong background in real estate investment, development, and project management, coupled with exceptional leadership skills to drive high-performance teams and foster strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive real estate strategies that align with the overall business objectives. Provide leadership and vision for real estate projects from conception through execution.

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, assess market trends, and evaluate competitive positioning. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.

- Financial Acumen: Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and investment analyses. Evaluate financial performance and make recommendations for improvement. Negotiate and structure complex real estate transactions.

- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and solutions tailored to client needs.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of real estate professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all real estate activities comply with local laws and regulations. Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry standards to mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on investment, development, or project management.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex real estate projects.

- Strong financial acumen, with experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance management.

- In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.

- Proficiency in relevant software applications and project management tools.
