We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Improvement Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions to increase efficiency and streamline operations within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and procedures that align with business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives, and make recommendations for further enhancements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of process improvement projects.
- Train and mentor junior team members on process improvement methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in process improvement, preferably within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in process improvement tools and methodologies.
