Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our innovative team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing product lifecycles, from ideation to launch, and a strong understanding of the healthcare market. This role will focus on developing and enhancing healthcare products that improve patient outcomes and streamline operations for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy Development:
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of product strategy with overall company goals.

2. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for innovation.
- Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to inform product development.

3. Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and product features.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Communicate product vision and updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

5. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all products comply with healthcare regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to navigate compliance challenges.

6. User-Centric Design:
- Champion a user-centric approach in product design and development, ensuring that products meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product usability.

7. Performance Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on the healthcare system.
- Regularly review product performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments to achieve objectives.

8. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve product goals.
- Monitor expenditures and report on product financial performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in product management, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
