We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Analyst to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program analysis within the manufacturing industry and possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of program strategies and initiatives to support business goals
- Conduct in-depth analysis of program performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and generate insights
- Develop and maintain program metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress and measure success
- Provide regular updates to senior management on program performance and key findings
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in program management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- [5-8] years of experience in program analysis, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
