We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Coordinator to join our team in Al Ain, focusing on agriculture projects. The Senior Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various agricultural programs aimed at promoting sustainable farming practices and increasing agricultural productivity in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for agricultural programs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including government agencies, farmers, and community organizations to ensure successful program implementation
- Monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes to ensure program effectiveness and impact
- Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines to meet project milestones and deliverables
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to program staff and partners on best practices in agriculture
- Collaborate with research institutions and universities to incorporate innovative technologies and practices into program activities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with funding agencies and donors to secure funding for program sustainability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, environmental science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in program management, preferably in agriculture or rural development
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Knowledge of agricultural practices, sustainable farming techniques, and environmental conservation
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
