We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Lead to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services industry. The Senior Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects within the Financial Services sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project execution and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- [X] years of experience in project management within the Financial Services industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
