We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of retail projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status
- Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring cost-control measures are in place
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, standards, and policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- PMP certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing retail projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
